“In March 2023 I began my Pilates Reformer and Mat studies with National Pilates Training and my educational experience has been a fantastic one. Having the option to undergo my studies online suite me perfectly as it allowed me to work around my busy schedule. Although I chose the online option there was always exceptional assistance from the teachers at NPT, a simple email or phone call and I would always have the answers to all of my questions. When it came time for placement, I was lucky enough to do it under the supervision of the fantastic team at Alive Pilates.
