Yoga Flow

Foundation postures with a focus on alignment and posture . We encourage a calming approach to using breath to move. You will definitely build strength and flexibility right here.

Suitable for all levels of fitness and a willingness to slow down for an hour!

Vinyasa Flow

A combination of foundation postures with progressions to try if you choose. Sequencing will flow using breath, strength, flexibility and balance.

Suitable for all levels of fitness with plenty of options to suit your body.

Yin

A quiet and simple practice which works deeply into the body targeting connective tissues, ligaments and deep fascia networks.

Suitable for most levels of fitness and the perfect complement to the usual dynamic practice and activities we participate in.

Pre/Post Natal Pilates

A gentle and nurturing practice, designed to keep you moving through this special time. Expect to work on posture, and keeping strength throughout your pregnancy, whilst in a safe environment.

Suitable for pregnancy, post natal (6 weeks postpartum).
Babies welcome.

 

Reformer Lift

Get ready to work! our 'Reformer Lift' class is the perfect reformer session to get your heart pumping and muscles working. Using jump boards as well as other Pilates apparatus; this class aims to "elevate" your practice with the addition of horizontal jumping and changes of pace & dynamic.

Great for the intermediate level. Not suitable for pre-natal or recovering from injury.

Reformer Pilates

Foundation exercises with a focus on alignment and posture to strengthen and lengthen. Using a combination of the Pilates principles and some contemporary. favourites thrown in for fun.

Best place to start for those new to Pilates or returning after a time. The class is still challenging enough for advanced to refine technique. Suitable for Pre/Post Natal.

 

Reformer Plus

Ready to take it up a notch from our signature Reformer Pilates class? Then this class is for you! With a more frequent use of props and extra layering throughout your 45 minute practice, this class takes the control, centring and precision that you love from your 'Reformer Pilates' class and gives it an extra dose of challenge!

A step up from our signature 'Reformer Pilates' class, this class is for anyone wanting to advance their Reformer practice to a more progressive level.

Functional Mat

Our 'Functional Mat' class takes the principles of Pilates - concentration, control, centring, flow, precision and breathing- and adds the challenge of small props to include functional strength and resistance training into your Matwork practice. A seamless combination of bodyweight & small apparatus exercises will target all the right places and will leave you feeling lengthened, strengthened & ready to take on whatever your day throws at you.

Barre

A blend of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet Barre moves designed to leave you feeling tight, toned and lengthened. You will feel graceful and strong yet feel the burn with plenty of small isometric moves, pulses and exercises combined to change the shape of your body, a plie at a time.

Suitable for all levels of fitness with plenty of options to suit your body.
