I first started practising Iyengar yoga in the late 1990's but it was when living abroad in Ireland that I discovered my love of vinyasa yoga. In 2013 when I returned home I decided to undertake an advanced Diploma of Yoga teaching with the Australian Yoga Academy and has since become certified in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for children and Yoga Therapy.
I have a passion for Yogic wisdom and how we can breathe the practise of yoga into every aspect of our lives. Expect my classes to incorporate a blend of Vinyasa with longer holds sprinkled throughout to really get you feeling strong and empowered in your body and a beautiful calming wind down with a few Yin poses to really balance the practice.
I love that the practise of Yoga is one that interacts with all of life and that (when practised) can imbue peace into our work, relationships, family and most importantly can affect the most important relationship there is; the one we have with ourselves.
