The Pilates studio is a vibrant space; Here we use the Pilates principles originally designed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900’s, to assist you to build a stronger core, improve your overall fitness and have a better control of your movement.
The Yoga studio instils a sense of calm, transitioning you from the business of the outside world to a space of you and your mat. Here you will build strength and mobility combined with a reduction in stress and chaos!
