Meditation- we’ve all heard of it and know how good it is for us but often it’s the last thing you feel like doing when you have a big day, week or month.
These days stress levels are at an all time high, so bringing some zen into your life should be high on our list of priorities.
Not sure where to start?
Pam will take you on a journey over 4 weeks to dive deep into the different styles of meditation and how to incorporate them into your day to day life.
Learn about mindfulness, affirmations, imagery and gratitude and also take a look at your self with the question- “who am I?”.
