Join Fiona for a 90minute Soul session taking time out to observe what might be best for your soul.

Katie will guide and support you through a range of more challenging postures than those you usually experience in class.
Learn and practice how to Crow, Dolphin, Peacock, Firefly and others in this small group session giving you all the attention you need to take your practice to the next level.
Just as you would prep your meals for the week on a Sunday, now is the chance to give yourself time to 'Soul Prep'.
This program will give you direction for the week ahead to ensure you are nourishing your mind, body and soul.
