Contemporary Reformer Pilates

Foundation exercises with a focus on alignment and posture to strengthen and lengthen.

 
 

Step up your workout using props and choreography to challenge your body and mind.

Best place to start for those new to Pilates or returning after a time. The class is still challenging enough for advanced to refine technique.

 

Great for the intermediate to advanced. Not suitable for pre-natal or recovering from injury.

 

A great place to start your Pilates journey or return after a break or injury. Also ideal for those days when you simply feel like moving your body in a more gentle way.

Pilates Basics

Experience a blend of foundation mat and reformer exercises to build strength and length in your body. This class teaches the basic Pilates moves and how to incorporate breath work while gaining a greater understanding of the Pilates jargon.

 

Lift and Tone

Contemporary Reformer Pilates

 

 

Pulse and squeeze your way to a tighter, firmer and more defined body. Props are used in a range of mat and reformer based exercises which target the most stubborn areas like tummy, hips and thighs. Step back into the 80s in our 45 min total body workout.

Expect to use props such as ankle and hand weights and to feel the burn.

Great for the intermediate to advanced. Not suitable for pre-natal or recovering from injury.

 

Barre

Think ballet inspired moves where you feel graceful and strong yet feel the burn with plenty of small isometric moves, pulses and exercises designed to change the shape of your body – one plie at a time.

Suitable for all levels of fitness with plenty of options to suit your body.

A blend of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet Barre moves designed to leave you feeling tight, toned and lengthened.

 

Slow Flow Yoga

A focus on foundation postures with a focus on alignment and posture together with a calming approach to using breath to move. You will definitely build strength and flexibility right here.

Suitable for all levels of fitness and a willingness to slow down for an hour!

 

Vinyasa Yoga

A combination of foundation postures with progressions to try if you choose. Sequencing will flow using breath, strength, flexibility and balance.

Suitable for all levels of fitness with plenty of options to suit your body.

 

Yin Yoga

A quiet and simple practice which works deeply into the body targeting the deepest connective tissues, ligaments and deep fascia networks.

Suitable for most levels of fitness and the perfect complement to the usual dynamic practice and activities we participate in.

 

Yoga Chill

Suitable for most levels of fitness and a great compliment to our busy lives.

A gentle and nurturing practice, allowing you to focus on you for 60mins. Finishing with a deep meditation will leave you feeling restored and ready to take on the world.

Yin Yang

Fusion of flowing movements and deep stretching

Combines both Yin (calm passive quiet) & Yang (energy movement strength)
